Post: Apprentices

Trade and Division wise posts:
1. Jhansi (JHS) Division
Fitter: 01 post for Low Vision

2. Agra (AGC) Division
Fitter: 01 for Low Vision
Plumber: 01 for Low Vision
Stenographer (English): 01 for Low Vision

The candidature of the Applicants will be considered only on the basis of the information filled in the Online application.

Age: The applicants should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01/09/2021.

Age relaxation: 10 years for PwD candidates.

Qualifications: The applicants should have already passed the prescribed.
Matriculate or 10th class in 10+2 examination system with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board.

Technical Qualification: ITI certificate/National Trade Certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade.

No fee for PwD candidates.

Low Vision means a person with impairment of vision of less than 6/18 to 6/60 with the best correction in the better eye or impairment of field in any one of the following categories.
1) Reduction of fields less than 50 degrees.
ii) Heminaopia with macular involvement
iii) Altitudinal defect involving lower fields

Training Period: The selected applicants are required to undergo apprenticeship training for a period of one year.

Stipend: Selected candidates engaged as Apprentices will undergo Apprenticeship training for a period of one year and will be paid a stipend during the training at the prescribed rate as per extant rules governed by the concerned state government.

 Stipend: ₹ 18000 – 56900/-

Applicants selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons, which are beyond their control.
