Blind Graduates Forum of India (BGFI)!

BGFI brings to you yet another insightful series of session on Grooming Etiquettes  and Hygiene. The first part of the series will focus on dressing or grooming followed by hygiene, details of the second part will be communicated post the session on grooming etiquettes.
It's not just about fancy clothes or popular brands, it's also feeling confident and choosing accessories and clothing that are apt for specific occasion and that reflects your true personality. It is easy for a sighted individual to decide what to wear, which colour combinations to be worn, and how much to accessorize especially in
important and crucial setups like official meetings or even official parties. However, for a blind individual, it all depends on your understanding of various patterns, colours, and so on.
Come join us as we discuss all these aspects of grooming with our trainer Savita John.
 When: Sunday, May 10th
 Time: 4 to 5.30 pm
 Venue: Zoom platform.
About Savita John: She carries 23 years of experience with her; both in the world of Corporate and Freelancing too. She has worked in esteemed organizations such as Wockhardt Ltd., the Tata Group, ACC Ltd., and many more in addition to her 5-year stint overseas. She has also partnered with companies like Tata Motors, Tata Power, BNP Paribas, and many more to deliver her flagship programs. She has expertise to conduct a variety of programs like Business Communication, both verbal and non-verbal, Grooming & Hygiene which includes corporate dressing, business and social dressing, Time Management, High Stake Conversations and much more. She is also very popular at the NGOs where she conducts life skill sessions for abled and differently abled youth; both school dropouts and those that are sponsored by the NGO to continue their educative learning path. Some of these NGOs are Blind Graduates Forum of India, Kotak Education Foundation, and many more. She has conducted a successful program with BGFI in the past on non-verbal communication skills which has seen many hits on YouTube version (which is still available for those who couldn’t make it!). The number of queries raised during this program on business and social dressing has encouraged us to conduct an extension of learning to the same program.
