Customer Service Executive (CSE) Training Programme
(Supported by SBI card; Training and placement Partner –Saarthee).

What is there for you:
The Training programme is designed to prepare candidates for job roles in the Customer Service, BPO and IT-enabled service industries.
Candidates will be trained to use computer skills for domain specific applications.
In addition, special sessions will be held on communication and Soft Skills as a part of the curriculum.
Practical Training on the processes common to the job roles in the above-mentioned industries will be a part of the training schedule.
This is a full-time placement oriented course focused on placing candidates with suitable job roles.
Who Should Apply:
This course is specific to visually impaired candidates only.
Only those VI candidates should apply who are interested in taking up job roles in the CSE/BPO/IT industries.
Placement Criteria:
We have been successfully placing candidates post the completion of the course.

Successful completion of the course does not guarantee job placement.
 However, best efforts will be made to provide job opportunities to all successful candidates.
Selection Criteria:
Telephonic Interview.
Online Tests.
Training Duration: 4 months (including on the job training).
Course start date: 20 August 2021
Last date of application: 5 August 2021
Class Timings: 3-4 sessions of 90 minutes each daily – Monday to Friday.
Mode of Training: Online via Zoom conferencing app. (Telephonic
assistance will be provided for troubleshooting any technical hitches.)

Eligibility for admission:
This course is only for visually impaired candidates (Blind/low vision).
Minimum Qualification: Class 12th Pass (Preference will be given to Graduates.)
Age: 18 to 40 years.
Fluency in written or spoken English will be an advantage.
 Preference will be given to candidates with prior Computer or Typing/stenographer Training.
It is mandatory for the Candidates to have access to a computer with internet connection to join online classes and perform practical assignments. (The logistics for the same will be checked before confirming admission.)
