1. Deputy Manager – Customer Services
Job Description –To Resolve them within a agreed TAT and comply as per regulatory norms, and To Support on Emails Partially. (i.e. He\She has to manage Emails + L2 Support both) Key Skills Required – Typing, system navigation, co-ordination on email with various stakeholders across LOB’s and internal teams. You will be required to call customer / stake holder wherever email communication is not yielding results. Excellent follow up and communication skills both written and verbal is a must.
Key Attributes – Passionate about resolving customer queries, flexible to work in a dynamic environment, extend hours as and when business requires. Adaptable to multi task and deliver whenever required as a backup and support to supervisor, peers and inbound team. This Process consist Request Management / Chat / Email / L2 and you should be flexible enough to switch to any department as per the process requirement.
Candidate should be flexible to work across various extended shifts and 6 days (includes Sunday, but week off will be adjusted) as and when required due to business requirements.
2. Deputy Manager – Banking Operations
Person should have sound Accounting knowledge
1+ years of accounts payable and general accounting experience
Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as SAP (FM and MM Module)
Should have sound knowledge of TDS and GST and applicable tax Laws
Basic knowledge of monthly and Yearly closing activity
Good communication skill both verbal and written
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem identification and resolution skills.
