Thank you so much for your overwhelming response to the first session of Vella Panti 2.0- a series of online events for disabled and non disabled friends.
We bring to you the second session on online dating and persons with disabilities on October 2, 2020 at 6 pm IST. Join us for a humourous and insightful conversation with our speakers- all women with disabilities  from India and UK.
Sweta Mantrii: a stand up comedian, Sweta stumbled upon comedy quite accidentally; just like the other things that she stumbles upon while walking with her crutches. She is also a writer and a disability rights activist.
Emily Rose Yates: Emily is a journalist, writer, and accessibility consultant and disability rights activist based in Glasgow, UK.
Parvathy Gopakumar: Parvathy is a law student at National Law School Bangalore. She loves forests and music and her interests vary from kathakali to the history of Trivancore.
Let us watch some stories, hear some readings, and engage in unpacking each strand of online dating with a disability, particularly for disabled women.
The session will be on zoom in English and Indian Sign Language. Live captioning will be provided.

Our first session was on masculinity and disability- a screening of short films followed by an interesting fireside chat between our speakers: Abhishek Anicca and Manak Mathyani which was attended by over 150 persons across platforms.
 So don’t miss this second evening filled with confessions, fun and reflections!
