Invitation for the visually impaired students to participate in South Indian Level Singing Competition* *to be held at Radha Regent 5 star hotel ,Chennai  on Tuesday ,21st January 2020.

Nethrodaya   is a social service institution established by a visually impaired on 2nd October 2002. It is recognized by Rehabilitation council of India. Our institution was awarded as “THE BEST INSTITUTION “, by the govt. of TamilNadu for the outstanding services to the differently abled community in TamilNadu.

 We would like to inform you that Nethrodaya is conducting “The South Indian Level Singing Competition” for the visually impaired students on Tuesday, January 21st 2020. Confirmed list of Participants (Boys & Girls)
should be sent to us on or before January  10th 2020 at our email id nethrodaya@gmail.com or at the whatsapp no 9382896636 .

Prize Details:
Total Prizes: 3  along with trophies
i)              1st Prize  Rs.50,000/-

ii)             2nd Prize Rs. 25,000/-

iii)           3rd Prize  Rs. 12500/-

Terms & Conditions                     *

i)    Visually impaired Students from schools, colleges and training institutes at age below 22 years are eligible for participation.

ii)    Participants are allowed to only sing Film songs from Tamil,Telugu,Kannada & Malayalam

iii)            Participants are allowed for solo performance only.

iv)     Musical Instruments and other accompaniments are not permitted .

v)     Proper dress code should be maintained.

vi)     Participants suffering from fever / any other illness are not allowed to participate .

vii)           Participants are not allowed to use mobile phones inside the program hall.

Verifications:            *

i)              For college Students College ID card, Aadhar Card & Disability ID card.

ii)             For School students school ID card , Aadhar Card & Disablity ID card.

iii)           For Institute students institute ID card , Aadhar Card & Disability ID card.

iv)            Officials, Representatives of school, college and institute should carry their ID Cards or authorization letter from their institution heads.

Participation:
i)     Only Participants are allowed inside the program hall

ii)     Participants` family members, escorts and friends are requested to leave the Participants at the venue. They are invited only to the prize distribution function at 4 pm.

iii)      The Officials, Representatives for each school, college and institute should get entry passes for the venue, from the organizing Committee.

Timings:
i)     Outstation Participants are requested to report at Nethrodaya institution campus on Monday, January 20th 2020 on or before 6:00 PM

ii)    Starting time, reaching time of the station/bus terminus should be mentioned clearly.

iii)     Local Participants are requested to report at the venue at 6:30 AM on January 21st 2020 without fail.

iv)     The Participants will be given Break Fast at 7.00 am, High tea with snacks at 11.00 AM, Lunch at 1.00pm , High Tea with Snacks at 3.00pm  (both Veg / Non-veg with Ice–cream will be served)

v)     For Outstation participants Food and accommodation will be provided by us.
