Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), a Public Sector Enterprise under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy having its headquarter and registered office at Jaduguda Mines P.O., District East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.

UCIL invites applications from Indian citizens for the following posts required for its existing units in Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh and upcoming projects in India.

Post: Management Trainee (Personnel)
No. of posts: 02, out of which 01 for VH
Upper age limit: 28 years
Qualification: Degree in any discipline including that in Engineering and two years full time PG Degree/Diploma recognized by statutory authority/Central/State Govt. in Personnel Management, Labour/Social Welfare, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Social Behavioural Science, Training & Development OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management OR MBA/PGPM with specialization in HRD/Training & Development.

Duration of training for Management Trainee will be for a period of 01 (one) year. On satisfactory completion of training, the trainees(s) may be absorbed as regular employee in the scale of pay of  Rs.16400-40500/- (E1) subject to vacancies. The selected candidates will have to execute a bond at the time of joining to serve the company for a period of 04(four) years after completion of training period.

Application fee: No fee for SC/ST/PH & Female candidates.

Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category of SC / ST /OBC / PWD shall necessarily submit a copy of valid caste/medical certificate, in a proforma prescribed by Govt. of India, as the case may be, from a Competent Authority. Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in the “creamy layer” are not entitled to apply against OBC (Non-creamy layer) category. Age relaxation to various categories will be given as per Government Directives.

Other things being equal, preference will be given to the candidates belonging to SC,ST,OBC(Non-creamy layer), physically handicapped and persons knowing Telugu language for the posts required for Andhra Pradesh. The Management reserves the right to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview or also to fill the posts even at lower level. Length of experience may be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced and deserving candidates.

Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro Sleeper Class rail fare for the posts subject to production of proof of journey from their residence (as mentioned in the bio data) to the place of interview by the shortest route.

HOW TO APPLY:

Eligible candidates have to apply “ON-LINE” through our website “http://www.ucil.gov.in” selecting ‘Jobs’ followed by necessary instruction. The on-line application process will be operational from 06.03.2013(1600 Hours) to 01.04.2013 (1600 Hours).

The candidate is required to take print out of the registered on-line application form with system generated application serial number and note down application serial number for the post applied, for future reference without fail. The candidate must take the print out of duly filled up application form before submission.

The candidate should sign on the print-out of the on-line registered application form by affixing recent colour passport size photograph (4 X 3 cms) and also enclose one passport size photo / attested copies of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste & Medical Certificate (applicable for physically handicapped candidates only) along with Demand Draft invariably. Application fee details should be written in the acknowledgement slip by the candidate. The candidate can retain a copy of the registered on-line application form for future reference.

The candidate should write Advertisement No. 01/2013, serial number of the post and system generated application number on the top of the envelope and send the print out of the duly filled up on line application form along with enclosures at the address given hereunder on or before 08.04.2013 The application (hard copy) received after this date shall not be entertained.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW: The following documents shall be produced in original for verification and self attested photocopies

1. Class 10th (High School) certificate for Date of Birth.
2. Category certificate i.e., SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer), certificate on proforma prescribed by Government and self undertaking for OBC (Non-creamy layer) status, valid Physically Challenged certificate,
3. Marks sheets/provisional certificates in support of educational qualifications.
4. Experience certificates.
