The 3rd National Leadership Training Course for Disability Activists is a 5-day intensive exercise intended for disabled activists involved in advocating for the rights of the disabled and working towards an inclusive society.

, The training aims to equip the participants with appropriate attitude, knowledge and skills to emerge as leaders to facilitate a disability movement in their respective communities and across the country., , , Eligibility Criteria
, The participants will be short-listed based on their personal and work profile. The selection of the candidates will be done systematically by a selection committee based on the responses, experiences, interest, aptitude, personal and professional profile. The decision of the selection committee is final regarding the selection.

, 1. Participant should be a person with disability himherself.
, 2. Participant should be literate and know how to read and write.
, 3. Participant should be able to communicate in English.
, 4. Women candidates with disability will be given preference.
, 5. We prefer candidates aged between 20 - 35 years.

, 1. The course will be based on the participatory learning approach.
, 2. Medium of instruction will be in English.
, 3. The primary facilitators for the training will be the Sabala team. External facilitators may be invited for specific sessions.
, 4. The training is free of cost, but the participants are expected to meet their travel and other incidental expenses.
, 5. The training will be residential and simple boarding and lodging will be provided.
, 6. Maximum candidates selected for the training is 20.
