Advanced Employability training program

Greetings from Enable India and Andhra Loyala College!!
Are you looking at getting ready for employment? Do you want to upskill yourself?
Then, we will help you to prepare and be job ready.  We are set to start our new batch of Advanced Employability training program from 6th December 2022 for persons with vision impairment at Andhra Loyala College, Vijayawada.

If you are interested to join, apply using the registration form. 

This is a full-time training and duration is 5 months with the first month conducting bridge course and next 4 months to focus on advance employability training.  

Through this training you will:
1. Understanding disability specific skills
2. Learn from the domain/industry experts
3. Understand company expectations
4. Build/enhance your skills for employment as per industry standards
5. Get Job ready

Over the next 5 months, the training will include:
1. Mobility sessions
2. Employability sessions
3. Webinars with Experts
4. Self-learning courses
5. Project work

Eligibility criteria:
1. Qualification Graduation “Preferable”.
2. Should have basic computer knowledge. 
3. Should have good understanding of screen reader and other assistive aids. 
4. Should have basic communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Note: All applicants will go through a telephonic assessment of English and Computers, followed by a written test. Applicants need to score a minimum  of 60% in Computers and English to be eligible for this training.
