Notification for Engagement of Act Apprentices Under Apprentice Act 1961

Online applications are invited from the candidate fulfilling the presecribed conditions stipulated in this notification for engagement of 4103 apprentices for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1962.

No. of posts: 4103, out of which 1% for Visually Impaired
Fitter, Machinist,  Carpenter,  Painter, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, AC Mechanic, , MMTM,, Welder, Electronic Mechanic/Electrical or Electronics.

Educational Qualifications:

The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from recognized Board and also possess ITI Certificate in the trade notified from the institutes recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Age: 15-24 years

Upper age limit: 10 years for PwD candidates.

No fee for PwD candidates.

There will be no written test or viva

Training will be arranged in accordance with the standards and syllabus prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council. The selected candidates will be paid stipend during Apprenticeship at the prescribed rates as per extant instructions.

The candidate has to upload recent color photograph. The image should not be more than 1Mb in sixe (not older than three months from the date of application) with clear front view of the candidate without cap and sunglasses should be uploaded. The photo should be only in JPEG format-100 DPL.

After uploading the photograph, candidate has to upload specimen signatute (Image should not be more than 1Mb in size) and upload required educational certificates in PDF format (should not be more than 2MB in size)

Communication with the Candidates will be made through SMS and e-mail only. 

Before filling up of your application the following scanned documents in JPG, PNG or PDF formats (should not be more than 2MB in size) are to be kept ready for uploading:

I) SSC/10th Class marks sheet

II) ITI Consolidated marks memo or semester-wise marks memo.

III) For SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates community / income certificate in the prescribed formats given in the notification.

IV) For PWD candidates, Disability certificate.

V) One passport size photo graph (Image should not be more than 1Mb in size)

VI) Signature of the candidate (Image should not be more than 1Mb in size)
