Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Duties and responsibilities:
(i) Review transactions processed for quality and completeness
(ii) Updating all documentation and training team members
(iii) Support self development (cross trainings, process training, soft skill trainings etc)
(iv) Support all projects and quality initiatives - Process improvement ideas
(v) Manage a team and its development
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Positive attitude and an ability to adapt to an ever changing environment

Education:
BCom,MBA finance or CA inter
Eligibility:
At least 4-5 years work experience with atleast 2 years of team handling experience
Salary : upto Rs 5.5 Lacs p.a + bonus
Shifts : Candidates should be open to working in any shift timings including night shifts
Transport facility is provided by the company free of cost
Company also provides meals free of cost
