Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur is a non–affiliating, technological University set up by the Govt. of U.P. vide Act no. 22 of 2013 with necessary infrastructural facilities for campus life, teaching, research and development. The University has Ph.D., M. Tech., M.C.A., M.B.A., M. Sc., B. Tech., B.B.A. and B. Pharm. Programmes. The University has progressive, forward looking governance committed to provide ample scope for professional development of faculty members and its students. Advt. No. T/I/2021 Dated 07.09.2021 Part A (Regular Faculty) issued by the University is hereby cancelled. The application fee of T/I/2021 (PART-A) will be reimbursed separately. Fresh Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to following posts. Details of positions are as follows: 

Post: Associate Professor 
Department/Discipline : Electrical Engineering 
No. of Post: 01 for Visually Impaired
a. Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch 
AND
 b. At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC CARE / AICTE approved list of journals. 
AND
c. Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.  Note: Experience of Teaching/ Industry/Research shall be considered as per the  Point No. 05of General Conditions.
Pay Scale : Rs. 1,31,400 - 2,17,100/- Entry Pay Rs.  1,31,400/

Professor
Computer Science and Engineering: 01 Visually Impaired
a. Ph. D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
 AND
 b. Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. 
AND 
c. At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC CARE / AICTE approved list of journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor / Co- supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion. 
OR At least 10 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC CARE /AICTE approved list of journals till the date of eligibility of promotion.  Note: Experience of teaching/ Industry/Research shall be considered as per the  Point No. 05 of General Conditions.  
Pay Scale: Rs. 1,44,200 - 2,18,200/- Entry Pay Rs. 1,44,200/- 

Minimum qualifications and/or experience are subject to rules/ regulations/ norms/ directives including amendments in the present regulations as stipulated by the AICTE/ UGC / State Govt. or any other Competent Authority applicable to such recruitments.

A passport size self-attested photograph should be affixed on the application form in the space provided.

Candidates called for written test/interview shall not be entitled for any T.A./D.A. Candidates called for interview shall have to essentially come with the original documents in support of their claim in application form and as prescribed in interview letter, failing which they shall not be considered for interview.
