Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill up the following posts of Clerks and Stenographers Gr. III (English) (existing and anticipated vacancies of both posts) purely on Adhoc basis for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh:

1. Clerk
No. of posts: 35, out of which 01 Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month

2. Stenographer Gr.III
No. of posts: 25, out of which 01 for Visually Impaired
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month

Reservation will only be applicable to the candidates of Haryana State having Haryana domicle. 

Essential Qualification: 
The candidates for the posts of Clerks and Stenographers Gr.III. should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University. He/She should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi as one of the subject and must have proficiency in operationof Computer.

Age Limit (for all posts)

No person shall be recruited to the serice. If he/she is less than 18 years or is more than 42 years of age as on 01.01.2024.

No candidates shall be considered for appointment unless he/she obtain 40% marks in aggregate in the written examination and having proficiency in operation of computers.

Mode of selection for the post of Stenographers Gr.III

The candidates shall have to pass a test at a speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and 20 wpm in Transcription of the same and have proficiency in computers (word processing spread sheets)

The information date and place of examination/test shall be uploaded on the official website of District Courts, Faridabad : https:districts.ecourts.gov.in/faridabad in due course.

Separate Application for each post on plain paper  mentioning name of the post applied for affixig recent passport size photograph mentioning complete particulars.

Persons with Disabilities (PwD) while applying for the reserved post of Clerks and Stenographers Gr. III (adhoc basis) shall mention their category in their application form. 

No TA/DA is admissible to any candidates appearing in written test/stenography test/computer proficiency test for the posts mentioned above.
