The Skill Development Programme is focussed on widening career options and creating inroads for visually impaired persons, specifically in Corporate India. This is established through imparting training in Soft Skills, Computer applications and Mobility, skills that are considered as requisites across industries. 

 

 We have a vacancy for: 

 

 A Computer Trainer: Train visually impaired persons in JAWS and NVDA and achieve a moderate 

to advanced competency in the use of MS Office Suite, internet usage and research skills.

 

Qualifications Required: 

 

 · Graduate or post graduate from a reputed university/institution.

 

· Demonstrated experience of working with JAWS and NVDA.

 

· At least 5 years experience in Training.

 

· Demonstrated experience of working on MS Office.

 

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

 

 

Job Description:

 

 · Apply adult learning principles.

 

· Closely monitor progress and provide regular feedback to trainees.

 

· Customise content and delivery basis individual need of trainees.

 

· Develop assessment and monitoring strategies.

Data Centre Management, People Skills, Attention to Detail, Change Management, Reporting Skills.

 

The salary depends on education, experience and age and will be between Rs. 2.4 and 4.8 lakh p.a.
