On-line applications are invited from the intending candidates for the post of Graduate Teachers and Staff in Model schools located in 14 nos. of different educationally backward blocks of Assam. The appointment shall be on contractual basis, initially for a period of 11 months, which may be renewed depending on the satisfactory performance.

1. Graduate Teacher (English)
No. of posts: 28, out of which 01 for PH
Qualification: B.A (English) with 50% of marks with BT/B.Ed degree from any recognized university.TET qualified (Any)
Pay Scale: Rs 5200/- to 20200/-(PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.3300
2. Graduate Teacher(Science)
No. of posts: 14, out of which 01 for PH
Qualification:B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) with 50% of marks with BT/B.Ed degree from any recognized university. TET qualified (Any)
Pay Scale: Rs 5200/- to 20200/-(PB-2) + Grade Pay Rs.3300
3. Graduate Teachers (Maths)
No. of posts: 14, out of which 01 for PH
Qualification: B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, and Math/Economics, Statistics and Math) with 50% of marks with BT/B.Ed degree from any recognized university. TET qualified (Any)

4. Graduate Teachers (Arts)

5. Graduate Teachers (Assamese)

Qualification: BA with Assamese/Bengali as one of the subject with 50% marks and BT/B.Ed degree from any recognized university. TET qualified (Any).

6. Graduate Teachers (Hindi)

Qualification: Pravin/Ratna in Hindi with 50% marks having degree qualification from any recognized university or BA with Hindi as one of the subject with 50% marks and BT/B.Ed degree from any
recognized university. TET qualified (Any).

7. Computer Teachers

Qualification: BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or BIT or DOEACC 'B' Level or BE/B. Tech. (IT/CS) or MCA or M.Sc (IT/CS) with at least 55% marks

8. Music Teachers

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Music from a recognized University with 50% marks.

9. Librarian

Qualification: Graduation with one year Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution
Pay Scale: Rs 5200/- to 20200/- (PB-2) + Grade Pay: Rs.2500
Desirable:
1. Experience of working in a CBSE affiliated/Government recognized school.
2. Proficiency in English and Assamese/concerned regional language.
Age: The maximum age of the Applicants shall be 38 years of age as on 01st July, 2014
(Relaxation of age will be applicable for SC/ST Applicantsup to 5 years as per norms)
Application fees: Applicants must submit an applicant fees of Rs 200/-
at any branch of State Bank of India after second working day (48 Hours) from the day of the application submit.
Payment of application Fee can be made at any branch of State Bank of India by cash only.
Relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of Assam rules will be admissible.
The Applicants should apply only by online. Online application can be
submitted in RMSA website www.rmsaassam.in. Applicants must carry all the attested photocopies of certificates in proof of age, qualifications, experience, pay scale and category along with the original when called for interview.
Selected Applicants are likely to be posted/ transferred to any Model School of Assam.
