impaired children and youth so that they may achieve their full potential.

DbI is the world association promoting services for deafblind people.

ICEVI and DbI are organizing  Joint Asian Conference during 5th  to 7th April, 2013 at Ahmedabad. This conference is being hosted by Blind People's Association (BPA) and Sense International  India. About 350 educators and Administrators in the field of visual impairment and deafblindness from all over Asia are likely to participate in this event.
Registration fees:

To enable the participants, especially the educators of the children with visual impairment, the organizers have kept very reasonable registration fees of US$ 100/INR 5500. All educators, professional workers, family members and volunteers of the visually impaired may send duly completed registration form through e -mail at blinabad1@bsnl.in and bpaiceviad1@bsnl.in .
