Applications are invited for following posts in various offices under Government of India falling within the jurisdiction of Staff Selection Commission (Central Region), Allahabad.

Post: junior Hindi Translator in Ordnance Factory Board, O/o Opto Electronics factory, Raipur, Dehradun.

Age: Not exceeding 28 years
Essential qualification: (i) Master's degree of a recognized university in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as main subject at Degree level.
OR
Master's Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi as the medium of instruction and English as a compulsory subject at Degree level.
OR
Bachelor's Degree with Hindi & English as main subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a main subject plus recognized diploma/certificate course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government Offices including Government of India undertaking.

How To Apply: Applications separately for different categories of post must be submitted in the form published along with the advertisement in the employment news. The applications may be typed out in double space or computer printed or written in hand neatly, but format should be the same as published.

The applications should be addressed to the Regional Director (CR), Staff Selection Commission, 21-23 Lowther Road, Allahabad-211002  and must be sent by Speed post only.

Documents to be attached with the application:

1. Central Recruitment fee stamps affixed and clearly cancelled by the issuing post office on the application form, so that the date of cancellation by the Post Office is clearly visible.

2. One recent passport size photograph should be pasted (not stapled) on the space provided in application form. Another copy of the same photo should be retained by the candidate for use at the subsequent stage of recruitment.

3. One self addressed postcard duly affixed with an additional Rs. 6/- postage stamp. The candidate must indicate the name of the post, category number and advt. no. on the postcard.

4. Two self addressed envelopes of 10 cms x 22 cms size and one of these should be affixed with postage stamps worth Rs. 8/-

5. Two slips indicating name and postal address of the candidate.

6. Attested/self-attested  copies of certificates in the format as prescribed in employment news, in favour of claim of belonging to

SC/ST/OBC/OH/HH/VH/EXS community/category.

7. Attested/self-attested copies of certificates showing age and educational qualifications.

8. Documents in support of claim of age-relaxation

9. Attested copies of experience certificate.

Only attested/self-attested copies of certificates & mark sheets are required to be sent.

Original certificates/mark-sheets must not be sent with the application.
