MSTC Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India. The Company is looking for goal-oriented and motivated SYSTEMS & FINANCE personnel for achieving its ambitious plans of significantly expanding its business activities. Post: Junior Manager (Finance & Accounts and Systems)
No. of posts: 9, out of which 01 for PwD

Minimum qualifications:
1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTS: CA/ ICWA from a recognized University/Institution.
 EXPERIENCE:  Min. 2 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts in a Govt. organization/PSU/Private Concern of repute.
2. SYSTEMS: BE/B.Tech. in Electronics/IT/Comp. Application OR MCA from a recognized University/Institution.

EXPERIENCE:  Min. 2 yrs experience in a Govt. organization/PSU/Private Concern of repute in any of the following areas/domains:

 DATABASE ADMIN

Administering any RDBMS

Hands-on experience in Installation/ Configuration/Upgrade/maintenance support primarily for DB2 AIX OS Data Import/Export, Back up/ Recovery

Data Import/Export, Back up/ Recovery

Performance Monitoring & Tuning/ Query optimization

Should be conversant in AIX environment and experience in configuring & managing DB2 Cluster

Experience in UNIX environment will be an added advantage.

2.  APPLICATION DEVELOPER - JAVA

Should have conceptual knowledge of J2EE components

Administering any J2EE compliant Application Server

Hand-on experience in Installation/Configuration/Upgrade/ application deployment

Administration / tuning of IBM WebSphere family products such as Websphere Application Server Network Deployment, IBM HTTP Server

WAS  admin script execution(Jacl or Jython)

Trouble shooting & performance tuning

Knowledge of clustering & load balancing is preferable

Monitoring with JVM performance by Websphere Heap Size, garbage collection, JDBC Pools

Architectural Design, Implementation and periodic testing and support of Web Environments with respect to High Availability and Disaster Recovery.

Corn jobs, Shell Scripts, FTP, Domain Registration, SSL certificate maintenance, etc.

Experience in UNIX environment will be an added advantage

APPLICATION DEVELOPER – DOT NET

Should have conceptual knowledge of DOT NET Architecture.

Administering and managing both Windows and Web Application

VB.NET, C#.NET and ASP.NET

Working with Relational Databases like IBM DB2, MS-SQL Server etc

Strong knowledge of OOP.

JavaScript, VBScript, JQuery, Cross browser CSS, XML

Web Service, AJAX

Crystal Report, Working with Stored Procedure and functions.

Trouble shooting & performance tuning and Securing Application like prevention from SQL-injection etc.

Hands-on experience in Installation/Configuration/Upgrade/application deployment.

Administration / tuning of IIS Server and Application Server

Experience in WCF, WPF, LINQ, Silver light will be an added advantage.

 4.   WEB DESIGNER

Macromedia Flash

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw, Dream weaver

Proficient in HTML, CSS, Table less HTML to build Web 2.0 websites.

Create cross-browser compliant CSS, HTML pages in DIV structure and assure 100 % cross-browser compliance

Designing Banners, Newsletters, Logos and other Marketing material

Adept at troubleshooting JS and CSS related issues across all major browsers

SCALE OF PAY: Rs.16,400- 40,500

Age: Maximum 30 years
Age relaxation: 10 years for PH candidates.

1.   Candidates should have worked for a period of at least 2 years (1 year for internal candidates) in the next below grade.
2.   Selection for both the posts will be based on interview.
3.   Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.
