1. Lower Division Clerk

No. of posts: 21, out of which 03 for PwD, Low Vision can apply

Pay Scale: Pay Band-1 (Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay  Rs.1900/-

Educational Qualifications: a) 12th Class pass from a recognized Board or University.

(b) Skill Test : A typing Speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer.

Age: 18-27 years

 

2. Cook

No. of posts: 14, out of which 02 for PwD, Low vision can apply.

Male candidates are preferred for posts mentioned 

Educational qualification: (a)  12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(b) Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade 

       OR

(a) Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate as Cook from a recognized Institute. 

(b) Two years experience from a recognized Organization or Undertaking in the trade

Age: 18-25 years

 

3. Multi Tasking Staff- Office & Training 

No. of posts: 130, out of which 15 for PwD, Low Vision can apply

Male candidates are preferred for posts mentioned 

Educational qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board / Institute.

Age: 18-27 years

 

HOW TO APPLY: Applications must be submitted in typed form/computer print out on A4 size paper (not to be hand-written except signature) as per the prescribed format provided in Appendix. News paper cutting should not be used as application form.   Applications will be accepted only through Registered Post or Speed Post. No application will be accepted by hand or any other sources.  The completed 

applications by eligible candidates should be addressed to ‘The Commandant, National Defence Academy, PO : NDA Khadakwasla, Pune – 411 023’.  The envelope (size 27 cm x 12 cm) containing the 

application must be superscribed in bold letters on the top as under :

 

APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ………………..……………………………...……………..…., 

 PUBLISHED VIDE ADVT DATED : ……/..…../2014”.   

 

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION :-

 

 

(a) Declaration duly signed by each candidate as given in General Terms & Conditions No 9.

 

(b) One self-addressed envelope of size 9½”  X  4½” affixed with postage stamps worth Rs.25/- 

 

(c) Two recent self attested coloured photographs of size (4.5 x 3.5 cm) (One to be pasted on the application and one to be attached separately).

(d) Documents in support of claim of SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman.

(e) Self attested copies of certificates/documents pertaining to caste status, educational qualification, experience, disability and date of birth etc. 

(f) Ex-serviceman candidates are also required to attach copy of Discharge Certificate.

 

Age relaxation for Physically Handicapped, Ex-Serviceman and Central Government Servants is applicable as per the Government orders.

 

PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS:-

 

a)  A ‘Permanent’ disability certificate shall be issued by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or State Government.

(b)  A Medical Board consisting of at least 3 members, out of which, at least one member shall be a Specialist from the relevant field. 

 

Applications not in prescribed format or Incomplete or unsigned or undated or improper filled or handwritten or without signed declaration.

 

Without self addressed envelope/postage stamps/self attested recent photographs.

 

No TA/DA is admissible. Duration of the test can be 2 or 3 days or more. Candidates will make their own arrangement for lodging/boarding during the test/interview.
