Applications are invited from Indian Nationals fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the following post:
Post: Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
No. of posts: 04, out of which 01 Persons with Disabilities (Visually Impaired can apply)
Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-
Educational qualification: (i) 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
(ii) Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi on Manual Typewriter.
OR
Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
 
Candidate will submit Typing certificate from any Govt. Recognized/reputed Institute).
Desirable: Basic knowledge in computers.
 
Note: Physically Handicapped person who is otherwise qualified to hold a clerical post but does not 
possess the said qualification of typewriting may be appointed subject to the condition that Medical 
Board attached to the Special Employment Exchange for handicapped or where there is no such Board, 
the Civil Surgeon certifies that the said handicapped person is not in a fit condition to be able to type.
 
Age: 18-27 years
 
Probation period: Two years
 
How To Apply:
 
An envelope of size 36cms x 24 cms to be used for sending the application form. The application form shall not be folded/mutilated in any way. The application is to be addressed to be addressed to the 
Controller, Controllerate of Quality Assurance (Materials), DGQA Complex, Ashok Path, Mirpur Cantt., 
Kanpur-208004.
 
Documents to be attached with the application:
 
(i) Self attested copies of educational qualification/professional qualification, birth certificate, Caste certificate, Experience certificate having date pf issue and period of experience are attached with the application form.
 
(ii) Three copy of recent passport size approx. 3x4 cm, attested (Giving name of the candidate, Date of Birth on the back of the photograph). (One photograph of the candidate should be passed) Not stapled) at the place provided on the given proforma
(iii) A photo copy of caste certificate (if applicable) in English or Hindi duly self attested.
(iv) A self attested photo copy of High School and 10+2 pass certificate.
(v) One self addressed envelope (size approx. 25cm x 10 cm) duly stamped amounting to Rs. 39/- should be enclosed with application form for sending call letter.
