The Blind Welfare Association Maharashtra has organised "Navigation Car Rally" for the blind on 9th December, 2012 at Nasik, Maharashtra. 

A blind person who is more than 18 years old, 10th passed  and know hindi and english braille reading can participate. Free lodging and boarding facilities will be provided on request on 8th December, 2012 only.
