New software in Braille

Mon, 07/23/2012 - 12:23 -- admin

Parmeet Singh, a student of class 12th, appeared for his music examination with a self created programme called ‘Braille notation’. This programme allows the user to create and attach musical notes in one’s own voice. Currently, Parmeet is working on improving his software.

Satvir, a class tenth student, successfully developed his own software for the C.B.S.E. exam. He was able to appear for the Hindi subject with this software.

Both the boys exhibit a perfect example of ‘where there is a will, there is a way’. Being visually impaired did not deter them to create and develop methods for their own convenience, and for the well being of the entire community.
