     Reservation for Visually Impaired: 01

     Probation: 2 years
     Age: Above 18 years-Below 28  years
     Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
                                                     Proficiency in local language.

2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
     Reservation for Visually Impaired: 01
     Pay Scale:7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
     Probation: 1 year
     Age:Between 18 years and 28 years
     Educational Qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
     Essential: Proficiency in local language.

Age relaxation for Persons with Disability: 10 years

It is classified that Persons with Disabilities will have to work in Branches/ Offices which have posts identified by the  bank as suitable for them. 
Candidates belonging to reserved category  including persons with disabilities for which no reservation has been announced are free to apply for vacancies announced for Unreserved category provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down for unreserved category.
 
Eligibility criteria: A candidate must be either: 

1. A citizen of India
2. A subject of Nepal.
3. Subject of Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came in India before 1st January 1962
4. A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan,Burma,Sri Lanka,East African countries of Kenya, Uganda,Zambia,Malawi,Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of settling in India
5. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the group discussion/interview conducted by bank but  on final selection  the offer of appointment may be given only after the Govt. of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him/her.

Application fee for PWD: Rs. 20
Application fee may be paid through CBS at any of the branches of Allahabad Bank or Allahabad UP Gramin Bank by means of challan available in the banks website.
Payment towards application can be made between 30/05/2013  and 14/06/2013.
