1. Professor
No. of posts: 02 for PwD
Pay Band 4 (Rs. 37400-67000/-) with AGP: Rs.  10000/-
Essential Qualification: Ph.D.
Relevant Experience: 10 years after Ph.D., or 13 years [not counting
Ph.D. enrolment period] total out of which 7 years to be after Ph.D. Including 3 years at Associate Professor level.

2. Associate Professor
No. of posts: 67, out of which 03 for PwD
Pay Band 4 (Rs. 37400-67000/-) with AGP: Rs. 9000/-
Essential Qualification: Ph.D.
Relevant Experience: 6 years after Ph.D., or 9 years [not counting h.D. enrolment period] total out of which 3 years should be after h. D. and as Assistant Professor or equivalent in a reputed institute, laboratory or industry.

3. Assistant Professor

Essential Qualification: Ph.D
Age: 35 years

Essential Qualification: M.Tech.
