Rehabilitation Course for Teenagers

Age limit: 16-20 years

We are happy to inform you that we will be conducting 12th Batch of One-half month Short-term need-Based Rehabilitation Course from 17.04.17 to  31.05.17  for the visually challenged who have appeared for S.S.C., XIIth or equivalent examinations.

This course will help them to strengthen their mobility, overcome adolescence problems and choose a proper career, which is important for their future. We would like the visually challenged students of your School/Institute/others to take advantage of this course.

Enclosed herewith please find the application form. Kindly fill-up the form and return the same to us at the earliest with their following documents.
1)    Blindness Certificate
2)    Birth Certificate & hall ticket.
3)    5 Photographs (passport size)
4)    Ration Card 
5)    Caste certificate
6)    Aadhar card  
7)    Fitness certificate

We would request you to send the filled application forms as early as possible, as the strength of the batch is only 30 students and the selection will be on first come first serve basis.

The last date for receipt of applications is 7th  April, 2017. You may send the forms via email on our email id: rehabilitation@nabindia.info or get the same duly filled in and bring it personally on 17th April, 2017 at 9.30 a.m. along with copies of attachments.
