The Salwan Cross Country Run for school children + visually impaired students and intellectually challenged students is being organized on Sunday the 6th of November 2011 at the Army Equestrian Centre, Brar Square, Delhi Cantt. This event is supported by UNICEF and FICCI and recognized by the Athletic Federation of India.

The basic objective is to tap talent at Grass roots, participation of Competitive Sports in the City, to inspire children through the inspirational power of running, to redefine the character of Delhi as a Sports City, encourage core-competency amongst students and re-unite the student community through Sports.
