NAB Delhi with America India Foundation is organizing Self-defence training for visually impaired girls.It is very important for visually impaired girls to become confident and learn self-defence techniques. This will make them more comfortable in travelling and at educational institutions or workplace. The techniques are simple to learn, no knowledge of martial arts is required. Any visually impaired girl in the age group of 18 to 35 years is welcome.

The training is free of cost and will be held at NAB Delhi, Sector-5, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. Certificates
will be provided. Top performers will have the opportunity of becoming Self Defence trainers.
