SHORT STORY WRITING CONTEST [ENGLISH]
Readiscovery’22 is an opportunity presented by EKansh Trust for the blind writers to explore and share their imagination and talent. The idea is to encourage them to explore their imagination and writing skills.
The stories must appeal to and be understood by people who are blind from birth. Themes could be from any genre and not necessarily about someone who is blind. It must not be a biography. The main rule is to avoid visual references, descriptions, etc.

The competition is open to sighted writers also, but with an entry fee of Rs 300 and with no prize. However, the winning entries will be published on Ekansh website and social media pages with due credit.

Requirements:
Age: 18 years and above
Language: English
Word Count: 1000-2500 words
Document Format: DOC/PDF only

The winners(blind/visually impaired) will be awarded as follows:
First Prize- Rs 10,000
Second Prize- Rs 7500
Third Prize- Rs 5000
