Applications are invited for filling up the following post:

Post: Stenographer Grade III
No. of posts: 04
Grade Pay: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2400/-
Essential qualification: Matriculation or equivalent. Minimum speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and 30 wpm in English typewriting.
Desirable qualification: Knowledge of computer application, Data entry and data processing.
Age: 18-27 years
Age relaxation: Persons with Disability: 10 years

Nature of duties

Taking dictation in shorthand and its transcription in e-media, typing of reports, mailing correspondence, filling papers, arranging meeting, fixing appointments, attending telephone calls and any other work assigned by the Reporting Officer and generally assist the officer in such manner as to keep the officer free from routine nature of work.

Written/skill test/interview will be held at IGCAR, Kalpakkam.

Candidates selected against this advertisement are likely to be posted at Kalpakkam but they are liable to serve in any of the constituent units of the Department of Atomic Energy in India.
