Recruitment Notice for the post of TGT (Masters/Mistresses)

Education Department, Chandigarh Administration inivites online applications from eligible candidates to fill up 303 on regular basis as per following details:

Post: TGT (Masters/Mistress)
Subject: DPE : 01 for Visually Impaired
Qualifications: Graduate of a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate
D.P.Ed/B.P.Ed or its  equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate

Music: 01 for Visually Impaired
Qualification: Graduate or its equivalent with music as one of the elective subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate

Bachelor of education Degree recognized by NCTE with at least 50% marks in aggregate with music as ateaching subject or its equivalent

Social Studies: 01 for Visually Impaired
Graduate with at least 50% marks with any two of the following seven elective subjects from a recognized uniersity.

History, Political Science, Economics, Georgraphy, Sociology, Public Administration and Psychology.

Bachelor of Eeucation Degree or its equivalent from an institute recognized by NCTE with Social Studies/Social Science as teaching subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Pass in Central Teacher's Eligibility Test (Paper-II) for the post of Masters/Mistresses as per the details conditions notified by NCTE from time to time will be applicable.

Examination questions will be billingual (English & Hindi) except for the Language papers which would be in the concerned Language only.

Age Limit: 21-37 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay: Rs. 4500/-

Examination centres for written test will be notified at the time of downloading of admit card cum-Roll No. Slip. The candidates will report at the examination centre one and half hour before the scheduled time along with admit card -cum-roll no. slip, latest photograph and ID proof.

Application Fee
Applicants must pay a decided amount as the application fee while applying online for the Chandigarh TGT Jobs. The fee payment can be done using a credit card/debit card or Internet Banking. The fee for different categories is as follows:
