As many as 100 visually impaired (VI) students pursuing +3 and onward courses were given free laptops with JAWS Software at a programme held at the Bhima Bhoi Bling School here on Monday.

Women and Child Development Minister Usha Devi, IT and Persons with Disabilities Minister Pranab Prakash Das, W and CD Secretary Saswat Mishra, Bibhuti Bhusan Pattnaik, PwDs Director Rama Kishore Sharma and Assistant Director, VRCH Ashok Kumar Behera graced the occasion as guests. Those who got laptops included 66 +3 2nd Year students, 11 PG, three MPhil and four PhD students.
