Winter Comp fest 2015

NAB Delhi along with Rotary Club of Delhi South is adding heat to the season by organizing "Winter Comp fest 2015" on Saturday 17th January 2015.

Students Above 10th std. are invited to participate in the program. The students passionate to computers, would be given a platform to show their skills. The winners would be awarded exciting prizes. The

questions would be asked from Operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, Internet, Networking and screen readers. Students could get enrolled by calling at 011-64556968.

The Rotary Club would also be distributing Smart Canes to students with outstanding academic performance.

Qualifying round

The participants will have to go through a qualifying round. In this

round a rapid-fire of 1 and a half minute will be played with each

participant and they have to give as many correct answer possible. Out of

total entries top 15 will be selected for final round.

Final round

15 finalists selected from the qualifying round will take part in practical test on computers. It will be of 1 hour duration consisting questions from Basic knowledge of Operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, MS

Power point, Internet, Networking and screen readers in the form of multiple choice questions. Candidates will also be given 3 exercises on MS Word, MS Excel and MS power Point.

Schedule

The tentative schedule for the event is as follows;

1. Qualifying round: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

2. Final round: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

3. Lunch time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

4. Distribution of Smart Canes and Prizes: 3:00 PM onwards.
