Hannah Alice Simon, a girl from Kochi district of Kerala has secured first rank in class 12th Board examinations in the disabled category. She is a motivational speaker, a singer, and a YouTuber. Despite her underlying condition of ‘Microphthalmia’, Hannah scored 496 out of 500 in CBSE class 12 Exam. While talking to ANI, Hannah Alice Simon said, “My parents made this choice for me when you study in a special school for 12 years you are cut off from the rest of the world.

BEd and DElEd students will be compulsorily given information about initial knowledge of Braille and Sign Language.

In this way, at least 10 thousand teachers will be trained in elementary knowledge in the entire state. This was the second extension given by the Ministry’s Department of Empowerment of Persons of Disabilities (DEPwD), after a one-week extension was given from July 9 to Friday (July 15).
